Your Role

This is a full-time on-site role as Dispatcher and Customer Service Specialist at Dealers Choice Auto Transport in West Palm Beach, FL. The position will be responsible for dispatching duties and handling customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, managing customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a daily basis.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone and email.
  • Utilize logistics and dispatching skills to manage freight operations efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in transportation management systems.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in customer support, customer service, or customer experience roles
  • Professional phone presence with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously
  • Strong computer proficiency and comfort navigating multiple systems
  • Working knowledge of vehicles and basic automotive concepts
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport
  • Effective problem-solving skills and sound judgment in fast-paced environments
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Prior experience in the auto transport industry preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
