As a Product Owner you will be responsible for all day-to-day aspects of the Product Management related to one or more IT products or services.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders and Product Managers to define, prioritize, and translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Own and actively manage the product backlog to maximize business value and delivery outcomes
- Collaborate with Agile teams throughout sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and release cycles
- Apply Agile best practices to drive predictable, high-quality product delivery
- Align stakeholders and development teams on priorities, scope, timelines, and expectations
- Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and at-risk features to leadership and stakeholders
- Facilitate rapid problem-solving and decision-making to remove blockers and ensure successful delivery
- Continuously improve product processes, backlog health, and Agile team effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in Product, project, or business analysis roles with tech-driven environments.
- Strong background supporting IT product delivery, Agile projects, or program execution
- Experience using product and Agile tooling (e.g., Aha!, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar) to manage roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery workflows
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex problems in fast-paced delivery environments
- Demonstrated track record of delivering technology initiatives on schedule
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured technical work (user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization)
- Understanding of logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience planning and coordinating cross-functional work across engineering and business teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to balance tactical execution and strategic product thinking
- Comfortable operating in evolving environments with changing priorities and ambiguity
